Wild Camping

Wild camping with a view of An Tealach

The best time to view the mountains is at sunset or day break. The light can be quite captivating and you usually have the hills to yourself. What better way to escape the hustle and bustle of your daily chores, nothing quite beats wild camping. Camp high in the mountains, near a stream, tarn or summit.

Beside gaining new personal experiences you’ll learn new skills, navigation, mountain craft, tips on predicting the weather. Come wild camping as part of a navigation course and include a night session by moonlight or torchlight.

Environmental camping “Take nothing but pictures, leave nothing but footprints”

High level camping in our wild places can put strain on the environment so we aim to teach you to have as little impact on the area as possible; to that end we limit the number to 4 tents with a maximum of 6 people.

We are happy to discuss your dreams with you and will work to tailor a trip to your requirements.
